Our Story

In May of 2019, Judge Andy Brigham began the process of bringing the CASA

program to Stewart County. On September 16, 2019, the first staff person was hired

part-time to work exclusively for Stewart County. By August of 2020, Stewart County

was recognized as the first expansion program of CASA of the Highland Rim by the National CASA/GAL Association.
