Board Bios
Meagan Frazier Grosvenor, a professional lobbyist and attorney, is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law and Middle Tennessee State University. Meagan is a partner in government relations firm of Harris & Frazier in Nashville. She has served previously as the President of the Board of Directors for the Tennessee CASA Association, as well as the Tennessee Chapter of the ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) Association. She also serves on the board of the Tennessee Lobbyists Association and the Community Foundation of Dickson County. She was appointed to the TN Department of Children’s Services Advisory Council and the Dickson County Foster Care Review Board. She is also a member of the Tennessee, Dickson and Nashville Bar Associations. Meagan is married with two young children. She and her family are members of the Walnut Street Church of Christ.
Leonard G. Belmares II is an attorney in the Charlotte, Tennessee Office of Baker Law Group, PLLC and the Municipal Court Judge for the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee. He practices primarily in Criminal Defense at the trial and appellate levels. Leonard is a graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Leonard serves on the Board of Directors of The Friends of White Bluff, Inc. He is also a Community Advisory Board Member for Habitat for Humanity of Dickson County. Leonard is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Dickson County Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
